A knowledge core for every person and company.
Every company, and in time every person, will depend on a knowledge core that their AI draws on, and that core will belong to them.
We are starting with companies, through Core and Company Brain.
Marrow
Marrow is a research and engineering company. We build Core, a memory and context engine for AI agents, and Company Brain, the agentic operating system for teams, which runs on it. Our research is on memory that stays accurate as an organisation changes.
Companies rarely lack documentation; what they lack is a consistent state. A decision changes in one tool while budgets, briefs and plans elsewhere still carry the old version, leaving people and agents to act on assumptions that no longer hold. Marrow treats company memory as an active system rather than an archive: it records where every fact came from, detects when sources diverge and proposes better context as tasks are completed.
Beliefs
- You own your knowledge
- Your company’s history and operational knowledge belong to you. You decide where they are hosted and who can inspect them, and you can export all of it, every source and learned procedure included, whenever you choose.
Principles
- Every fact has traceable provenance
- Each fact Core extracts links to the passage it came from. When an assumption is challenged or wrong, you can trace it to that passage and fix it at the root.
- Access boundaries hold
- An agent acting for you only ever sees what you have permission to read. Access is checked before context is assembled, not after.
- Uncertainty is surfaced, never smoothed over
- When sources disagree or evidence is incomplete, Core flags the contradiction rather than inventing a plausible compromise.
- Learning is measured, reviewed and reversible
- When Core finds a better procedure or context rule in completed work, it tests the change on separate tasks first. Nothing changes until an accountable person approves it, and it can be undone at any time.
